At Naomi Hair Co, we take pride in providing premium-quality hair extensions and products. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
Because our products are considered personal-use items, we cannot restock or resell them once they have left our facility. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of every bundle we provide to our customers.
Order Accuracy
Please carefully review your order before submitting payment. Naomi Hair Co is not responsible for:
• Incorrect items selected at checkout
• Wrong lengths, textures, or quantities chosen
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If an incorrect address is entered, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for review.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargebacks filed without prior communication will be formally disputed with proof of delivery, communication records, and order confirmation.
